These Terms of Service of Hindsight Unlimited LLC, dba Microfarmer, are an agreement between you ("user") and Microfarmer. These Terms of Service govern how you access and use Microfarmer. Please read them carefully and understand what you are agreeing to before creating an account or using Microfarmer.
Creating and account or using Microfarmer indicates you agree to these Terms of Service.
Anyone can create an account for free. Anyone with an account can access Microfarmer at any time, with the exception of maintenance windows which will be clearly communicated when possible.
All content created by Microfarmer may be used by Microfarmer for promotional purposes, with the exception of private and confidential information such as names and addresses, which will be redacted or changed.
Your privacy is very important to Microfarmer.
You can download and delete your data at any time.
If you choose to delete your account, all related data will also be permanently deleted.
Once a message has been approved and ordered it cannot be recalled or refunded.
Microfarmer is not responsible for any content once approved by users. Users serve as the "human in the loop" and are responsible for editing, proofreading and approving their content.
Content created through the use of artificial intelligence is known to occassionally "hallucinate," meaning that results may not be accurate or contain inappropriate material. Microfarmer takes proactive measures to prevent any harmful or offensive content.
Accounts that abuse Microfarmer may be terminated or suspended without notice. These actions will only be taken when egregious abuse occurs, such as content including but not limited to hate speech, illegal activities, or spam.
Hindsight Unlimited LLC, dba Microfarmer, is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service will be resolved in the state of New York and county of Suffolk.
